Genuine conversation, means stepping out of “I” and knocking on the door of “you”.

The use of mentoring and coaching to promote and improve personal and team effectiveness. I offer support to individuals, businesses and medical professionals - to improve their personal or collective effectiveness in leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution.
Individual and Team Mentoring
Business Coaching is a proven approach to support the individual or a team in achieving their goals. At an individual level, coaching can support the development of interpersonal skills and potential. For the team, coaching is a successful way to improve processes in the workplace and promote greater team effectiveness.

The essence of psychotherapy (psychodynamic) is the search for subconscious or repressed issues, which are at the heart of an unresolved problem. The professional exploration and review of these issues, in their real-life context, provides a mechanism to reach a problem-resolution, by recognising and managing its deep-seated origin.
Individual Therapy
Dr. med. Martina Hilse
I am a qualified medical doctor, specialising in psychotherapy and psychiatry, as well as a member of the DGSv (German Association for Supervision). After ten years working in psychotherapeutic and psychiatric clinics, I established my own private practice fifteen years ago.
By developing a deeper understanding of the inner psychology of the individual or a group, it is possible to significantly improve interpersonal relationships and outcomes at work. In doing so, it is just as important to develop an understanding of the other people with whom one interacts, as it is to understand one’s own personal world. This is where I come in. A great deal of my work is about creating the incentives and providing the support to allow a targeted exploration of the subconscious and to connect these learnings to the present-day experience. Understanding one’s own inner-mind opens up many opportunities to be more successful and free in exploring the workplace, and indeed, everyday life.
